Most orders, with some exceptions, are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 Hours of being placed, excluding holidays and weekends.
Once an order is processed and shipped, the item can be expected within 5 to 7 business days, depending on shipping method.
Items that are delivered at confirmed address via tracking information are NO LONGER in the hands of the seller, My Discount Wholesaler, INC. We, My Discount Wholesaler, INC. are not responsible for loss or stolen merchandise once the item is confirmed as delivered via tracking information.
If an item is unavailable, sold out, or on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours. Although we do strive to keep our inventory updated daily, please contact us ahead of time if there are any questions or concerns regarding the availability of a particular product.
Some shipping costs may be slightly higher due to certain criteria such as over sized package, unusual package dimensions, or extra packing to insure safe arrival. So please keep this in mind when ordering. Canadian Residents are responsible for all Duties and Taxes.
Offers for free shipping applies only in the Contental United States. If you place an order for a product that has a free shipping offer and live outside the Contental United States you will receive an email for the difference in the cost of the shipping asking for payment.
Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS
Shipping to some states such as California may require an additional sales tax added on the total of order prior to shipping cost.
Additional handling fees may apply to certain orders

My Discount Wholesaler, INC. offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping, and exceptional customer service. - All merchandiseis guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 DAYS from the original date of purchase.
- ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT DEFECTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO % 20 RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXEPTIONS.
- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
- We will replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
- Defective products must be returned to us in original packaging with all accessories including owners manual, only then it will be replaced .
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced as received, and a refund will not be given.
- The returned item should include a note explaining the problem and returned to the "return shipping address" we will supply.

Processing a refund usually takes anywhere from 5 to 10 business days .

You must contact us for a RMA number, no exceptions.

You will receive an email from our returns department informing you we received the item back and a new tracking number will be provided.

Returns must be sent pre-paid via United States Postal Service (Parcel Post Only) which we will refund back to you (a photocopy emailed to us is required)

If you receive a defective item we do not feel you should pay for return shipping for our mistake.

We will also pay to ship your replacement ONLY if the items are defective.

Returns for no particular reason will have to pay their own return shipping and will be assessed a restocking fee all products are tested to verify defect if a claim a item is defective and found not to be the case a return shipping and a restocking fee will be applied, this fee can be anywhere from %15 to %25, depending on the situation.

To get an RMA number you may contact us via email.

When you have finished the RMA form you will receive an RMA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

Any returned package that does not have an RMA number will be returned to sender.

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.

Important note: Each return request is subject to review and must be approved by one of our account executives

If agreed to buy a representative, the return shipping refund will be given separate from the refund of the original total of the order.
